EDGE AffiliatesandRingCentral
Your RingCentral partner, from the first call flow to full adoption.
RingCentral is the platform we trust to run a company's phones, messaging, meetings, and contact center in one place. EDGE designs the rollout around how your team actually works, connects it to the systems you already use, and stays until people use it without thinking about it.
We work closely with RingCentral and have tested it hands-on in real call flows. It's one of the few platforms we recommend by name.
EDGE AffiliatesandRingCentral
Why RingCentral is one of the few platforms we stand behind.
We work across many vendors, because the right answer depends on the problem. RingCentral is one of the few we recommend by name.
- 01
One platform instead of five
Business phone, SMS, team messaging, video, and fax live in RingEX, and the RingCX contact center runs in the same app. Fewer tools between a customer and an answer means fewer places for the conversation to drop.
- 02
AI inside the phone system, not bolted on
AIR answers and routes calls, AVA captures notes and suggests next steps during the conversation, and ACE analyzes interactions for coaching. We switch them on in stages, once the basics are solid.
- 03
It connects to the stack you already run
RingCentral publishes 600+ pre-built integrations, including Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk, plus open APIs. That makes the CRM handoff something we design, not something we hope for.
- 04
We know how it behaves on a Monday morning
We've configured it, rebuilt call flows on it, and trained teams on it. When we recommend RingCentral, it's from working with the platform, not from a data sheet.
The platform
What RingCentral does.
The product names you'll hear in a RingCentral conversation, in plain terms. We help you choose which pieces you need now and which can wait.
RingEX
Business phone, messaging, and video
A cloud phone system with call routing, auto-attendant menus, call queues, SMS, team messaging, video meetings, and fax in one app on desktop, web, and mobile.
RingCX
AI contact center
An omnichannel contact center across voice and, per RingCentral, 20+ digital channels, with outbound campaigns, agent and supervisor assist, quality management, and live dashboards.
AIR and AIR Pro
AI agents that answer the phone
AIR (AI Receptionist) answers common questions, books appointments, captures leads, and hands off to a person. AIR Pro lets teams build configurable voice-first agents for multi-step workflows.
AVA and ACE
AI during and after the conversation
AVA (AI Virtual Assistant) captures notes and surfaces recommendations in real time. ACE (AI Conversation Expert) analyzes interactions so managers can coach on what actually happened.
Integrations and APIs
Calls that land on the record
Embedded calling for Microsoft Teams and pre-built connectors for CRMs and help desks, so calls, texts, and notes show up where the team already works.
Use cases
Where it fits for the teams we work with.
- 01
Replacing a phone system that's held together by habit
Plan number porting, rebuild call flows and queues, and cut over in stages that match how the business runs.
- 02
Sales teams that live in the CRM
Click-to-call, automatic call logging, and SMS inside Salesforce or HubSpot, so activity lands on the record without manual entry.
- 03
A shared inbox that has become a contact center
Move to RingCX with routing, digital channels, and supervisor views, without asking agents to learn a separate app.
- 04
Missed calls that are really missed revenue
Put AIR on overflow and after-hours lines to answer FAQs, book appointments, and send leads into the CRM.
- 05
Microsoft Teams as the daily workspace
Add RingCentral calling inside Teams, so people keep one workspace and IT keeps one phone platform.
How EDGE helps
How EDGE runs a RingCentral rollout.
The platform is the easy part to buy. Adoption is what we're accountable for: a plan, a clean rollout, and a team that uses it.
01
Assess
Map numbers, sites, call paths, and the systems a call should touch. Decide what moves first and what can wait.
02
Design
Call flows, queues, auto-attendants, roles, and the CRM and Teams handoff, documented on one page before anything is configured.
03
Deploy
Configuration, porting coordination, integrations, and a staged cutover with a rollback plan for each step.
04
Adopt
Role-based training, short guides the team keeps, then tuning routing and turning on AI features once the basics hold.

RingCentral questions we hear
Straight answers about working with EDGE on RingCentral.
Is EDGE Affiliates a RingCentral partner?
Yes. EDGE works closely with RingCentral and recommends it when it fits the problem. We stay vendor-neutral otherwise: if another platform fits your workflow better, we'll tell you.
What does a RingCentral implementation partner do?
RingCentral provides the platform. We handle the parts that decide whether it works for your team: discovery, call-flow design, CRM and Microsoft Teams integration, porting coordination, cutover planning, and training, then adoption after go-live.
How long does a RingCentral rollout take?
It depends on sites, users, and integrations. A single-site phone replacement is a much smaller project than a multi-site RingEX and RingCX rollout with CRM integration. The assessment ends with a sequenced plan, so you know the scope before anything moves.
Can you set up RingCentral's AI Receptionist (AIR)?
Yes. We usually start AIR on overflow or after-hours calls, write its answers from your real FAQs, connect lead capture to your CRM, and widen its role once the team trusts it.
Does RingCentral work with Microsoft Teams and our CRM?
Yes. RingCentral offers an embedded app for Microsoft Teams and pre-built integrations for CRMs and help desks, including Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk. We design how calls, notes, and records move between them.
We already use RingCentral. Can you still help?
Yes. Plenty of teams own RingCentral and use a fraction of it. We review what's configured, fix routing and integrations, and train people on the features they already have.
